New Pioneers was honored to be a part of the inaugural "Earth Day Celebration" in the Bardstown Court Square this year! This celebration brought together sustainable organizations, environmental leaders, passionate individuals, and students for a day to remember "Our Planet, Our Power," the 2025 Earth Day theme.

Earth Day brought forth new opportunities to share our mission of promoting sustainability within rural communities, while also providing environmental education about landfill waste through our game, "How Long Until It's Gone?"

We are truly thankful to "A Better Nelson County" for including New Pioneers in this wonderful day to shine light on the ever-growing sustainable work being done in Kentucky! May we all continue to celebrate like EVERY DAY is Earth Day through prioritizing sustainable lifestyles.
