New Pioneers participated in our first Boyle County Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 20, 2024 ahead of Earth Day at the Boyle County Extension Office. We hosted the New Pioneers’ “nature station” including a guessing game about insect species and fast facts about sustainability. It was a "buggy" good time!

Though the day started a bit chilly, around 50 participants stopped by our booth to learn about the work of New Pioneers. For many, this experience was their first introduction to New Pioneers - and it did not disappoint. Countless guests commented on the fun of the guessing game activity and enjoyed testing their insect knowledge with our experts.
