New Pioneers was delighted to plant new seeds of sustainability at Washington County Open Houses this August through sharing some environmental activities with families! We had the opportunity to share "Mystery Boxes" full of unique items from nature with families at Washington County Elementary and Middle Schools, and a game of "Sustainability Jeopardy" with families at Washington County High School. These games were loads of fun and showcased a lot of fun facts about nature!
New Pioneers also had the opportunity to share our mission of educating, demonstrating, and advocating for a healthy future for all with the Washington County Community at these Open House events. As a grassroots organization, we are always very eager and grateful to make new connections within our rural community! Sustainable wishes to all this back-to-school season!
