Support Hub Resources for Water Samplers:
New Pioneers is excited about our partnership with the Kentucky Watershed Watch, allowing us to support certified water samples through their journey by becoming a Support Hub. As a Support Hub, New Pioneers will:

Battery Recycling
Recycle household batteries at the New Pioneers office, Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Batteries accepted:
*Most consumer-style lithium metal and lithium ion batteries fall within these size limitations, including lithium metal AA & AAA cells, lithium metal button cells, and rechargeable lithium ion batteries used in laptops, cell phones, and power tools.
Recycling Centers
Though options vary between counties, local residents can drop-off recyclable items at three locations. Please check acceptable items first.
