New Pioneers’ 16th annual Green Festival was a huge success this April, providing a unique opportunity for local environmental organizations, sustainable heroes, and local vendors to come together for a day to celebrate our community’s sustainability efforts! 

Our 2025 theme was “Local roots making global impacts,” and Green Festival provided a lively reminder of just how powerful grassroots efforts can be in providing a more sustainable future for all. From tree seedlings and native seed giveaways to hands-on education about our local ecosystem and environmental legislation, this year’s Green Festival surely “planted new seeds” of sustainability within our community! 

We hope all who attended the Green Festival enjoyed our “party for the planet” through live animals, local plants, interactive educational learning, and so much more! We are truly grateful to each participant, volunteer, exhibitor, vendor, and sponsor who made this event so special.
