This year marks the 17th anniversary of celebrating sustainability and our local community at this one-of-a-kind event. \nWe hope to see you (& your crew) there! \n \nFestival Details\nThe 2026 Green Festival has an exciting lineup this year of NEW and returning festivities\, including: \n\nLocal Food Trucks \nHomemade\, Handcrafted\, and Locally Sourced Goods\n\nHoney\nBeeswax Products\nClean-burning Candles\nLocal Leather Goods\nHandcrafted Jewelry\nWool\n\n\nInteractive Education Opportunities \n\nElectric Vehicle Test Drives with Evolve Kentucky\nPick out a pet rock and learn about the A Cleaner Kentucky Movement\nLearn about beekeeping and local pollinators with the KY Department of Agriculture\nLearn about habitat management from the KY Division of Forestry\nPick out a FREE tree from the Washington County Conservation District\nMeet and learn from 15+ other environmental exhibitors\n\n\nFamily-Friendly Entertainment \n\nKids Play Area\, brought to you by the Woodland Wonders Forest School & Mama Duck's Childcare\nSongs about nature with Mr. Dan from Bernheim Forest (11:00 am - noon)\nView and learn about opossums\, snakes\, birds\, and more with the Enchanted Forest Wildlife Rescue of KY\nMeet and learn about raptors with the Broadbent Wildlife Sanctuary\n\n\nAnd more! \n\nPhoto Contest\nNew Pioneers is excited to bring back the beloved Nature Photo Contest to Green Festival this year! Winners will be announced at Green Festival on Saturday\, April 25th. \nVolunteers\nAre you interested in supporting Green Festival? We're seeking volunteers before\, during\, and after the event to ensure its success! \n \nExhibitors and Vendors\nWe are excited to once again invite environmental exhibitors\, food vendors\, and entertainment to participate in this festival - with a NEW addition!
