DESCRIPTION:Empty Bowl Supper!\nNew Pioneers invites our members\, friends\, donors\, and community to attend our annual Empty Bowl Supper on Friday\, February 27th\, from 6-8:00 pm at Cornerstone Acres in Springfield\, KY! This is our sole fundraising event of the year\, and we'll celebrate in style with locally handcrafted bowls\, a diverse spread of home-prepared soups\, breads\, and desserts\, and more. \n  \n \nThis year's Empty Bowl Supper is a one-of-a-kind night\, bringing together recurring\, fan-favorite features of the event (including bowls\, soup\, and entertainment) with a sprinkling of new celebrations (including our third annual Pioneer Awards and a silent auction). You don't want to miss it! \nRecommended dress is casual to elevated casual. \nREGISTRATION \nTo register for New Pioneers' Empty Bowl Supper\, click here. A donation of $30 per attendee is recommended. \nENTERTAINMENT \nThe Kaintuck Band from Louisville\, KY\, will be providing our entertainment for the evening. This band includes five talented and experienced performers\, and we are so excited for you to hear their tunes! They will be performing a variety of original and Bluegrass songs\, including our fan-favorite rendition of "This Land is Your Land". \n \nSILENT AUCTION \nThis year's Empty Bowl Supper will feature our second annual silent auction\, showcasing a variety of local goods\, services\, and art! All proceeds of this auction will support environmental education and advocacy efforts right here in central KY. \nGet ready to bid on luxury overnight stays\, goodie baskets\, handcrafted art\, local learning sessions\, and more! \nCOMMUNITY RECIPE COLLECTIONS \nThe wide array of homemade soups\, stews\, breads\, and desserts featured at this event is brought to you by New Pioneers' network of supporters\, and we are eager to share these special recipes with you through our Community Recipe Collection. Three lucky winners will receive FREE copies of our 2026 recipe collection as a door prize at this event. \nWe will also have copies of our 2026 and 2024 recipe collections available for sale (2026 = $5 each\, 2024 = $2 each) \nPIONEER AWARDS \nDo you know someone\, including an organization/business\, treading lightly on this Earth and promoting ecological sustainability?
